How one Springfield man turned healing into a movement—and a deck of cards into a connection revolution. Enough Said Card Game.

Breaking the Ice, Building the Future: The Angel Rios Story. The man being the Enough Said Card Game.

If you ask the right questions, you find the right people.
— Angel Rios

The first time I met Angel Rios, he was a student with potential. The second time, he was a man on a mission. Now, I’m proud to call him a board member, a creative force, and a standout in every sense of the word.

Angel Rios, founder of The Rally Cry, isn’t just talking about change—he’s creating it. What started as a personal journey through heartbreak and self-discovery has become a platform for meaningful conversations and connections that go deeper than the weather or what you do for a living.

From Rock Bottom to Rally Cry

Angel’s journey began not in a business plan, but in a breakdown. After a long-term relationship ended, he did what most people are afraid to do—he looked inward. He read books, listened to podcasts, and reflected. That reflection turned into The Rally Cry, a podcast focused on mental wellness, mindset, and purpose. I’ve had honor of being one of his guest.

But Angel didn’t want to just talk. He wanted to give people something they could hold in their hands—a tool to spark real connection.

That’s when the idea hit him.

Introducing “Enough Said” Card Game

Enough Said is a card game designed to break the ice without breaking your spirit. Perfect for networking events, team building, or just vibing with new people, it gives you the freedom to be curious, kind, and courageous—all while having fun.

Each card holds a question designed to bypass small talk and go deeper. One of Angel’s favorite questions?

“What’s the best part of being you?”

The game is spontaneous, playful, and powerful. If a question goes too deep, just throw up your hands and say, “Enough Said.” No pressure. Just people, connecting as themselves.

From Idea to Impact

Angel explaining the rules of Enough Said Card Game at YPS' Third Thursdays Networking Event

Angel introduced the game at a Young Professionals Society (YPS) networking night “Third Thursday” at The Wood-n-Tap in West Springfield. Nearly 200 people attended. The vibe? Electric.

He placed decks on every table, invited guests to pull cards, and watched something magical unfold—real conversations. Real energy. Real connection.

Some folks knew each other. Others didn’t. But that night, everyone left knowing something new about someone—and that’s the power of what Angel created.

And it didn’t stop there.

  • 100 decks were purchased by Springfield Public Schools.

  • Angel was invited to join the YPS Board—a role he likely wouldn’t have earned without showing up for himself that night.

  • And now, Enough Said Card Game is being used as a tool for youth development and professional networking alike.

Partnering with Stand Out Truck®

When Angel heard about the 5FIVE5 Deal for Stand Out Truck®, he didn’t hesitate.

He believed in the vision—and we believed in him.

He used the campaign to bring visibility to Enough Said, driving his message through the streets of Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Longmeadow/East Longmeadow, West Springfield/Westfield in a big, bold way. A deck of cards, now on wheels.

“This is my first time breaking the ice on a billboard,” Angel joked with a smile.

But that’s exactly what he’s doing: breaking the ice. Breaking the silence. Breaking the mold.

Why Angel Rios Stands Out

Myself and Angel after he won 1st place at the EforAll Pitch Contest

You meet a lot of people in this business. But every now and then, someone reminds you why you started doing this in the first place. That’s Angel.

  • He doesn’t wait for opportunity—he creates it.

  • He doesn’t fake positivity—he chooses it, daily.

  • He doesn’t just play the game—he changes it.

As someone who’s watched him evolve from student to speaker, from quiet mentee to bold board member—I can tell you: Angel Rios is the real deal.

And if you’re trying to build a team, build a network, or build a better vibe in your community or company, Enough Said needs to be in your hands.
