FAQs
Will the truck drive right to a specified location?
Yes, the truck drives to specified address in the 413/860 area code. Contact us if outside these area codes. (Contact info below)
How long will the truck be at my location?
We give enough time at the location (up to an hour) for the recipient to read the messages and for us to take and edit the photos of the recipient with the truck (if they want). We’ll email you the photos within 24 hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. Your cost covers set up fee, design, production, delivery and photos taken at the location. Our camera takes clearer pictures than smart phones due to shutter speed.
How do I send my recipients photo to you guys?
When booking in our calendar you will be prompted to provide us with your photo and/ message. We’ll respond with a design proof within 12-24 hours of your campaign running.
